Dodgeball season one was a huge success. We had 8 teams getting out on a weekly basis to play some dodgeball. Almost all the teams are coming back for season 2 but we have space for a few more teams. It is still freezing outside and it does not seem like the snow will ever melt, so we are going to keep the fun going. We use a soft nerf/foam ball with a denser center. It means you can still throw them hard, but they do not hurt at all. This is a social sports league. The idea is to get out, have some fun, meet new people, and take life a little less serious. There will be zero tolerance for poor sportsmanship or frowning in general. You are an adult playing dodgeball, if you are not laughing, then you are doing it wrong. The games will be played between 6pm and 9:30 pm on Wednesday nights at the Wixon Middle School in Dennis. It is right off of exit 9B for easy access.
