Halloween is all about having the right crowd and the right place. We know CASL has the right people and we found a perfect spot to host our first annual CASL-O-Ween party. Swan River restaurant is the perfect venue for the right mixture of bar, dance floor, and as a social sports league...room for our games.
THE VENUE: Swan River Restaurant: Located in Dennisport, is a central location for people coming from all over the Cape. There is a giant dance floor, an area for the DJ, a full bar, an outside patio to get some fresh air, and of course an area to play some cornhole. VENUE DETAILS
THE CROWD: A Saturday night halloween party is going to bring everyone out of the woodwork. Let's avoid the trouble that can come with it and have a private party with the members of CASL. Obviously feel free to invite friends and significant others.
THE TIME: We will go from 8:30pm to 12:30am
THE MUSIC: We are booking a professional DJ to get people moving from CAPE TUNES. They will know how to get the party going right.
THE FOOD: We will have Swan River put out some appetizers, small sandwiches, Wings, and general snacks to curb our appetite. All included in the price.
THE GAMES: There is a room with high ceiling that will be a perfect spot to setup some cornhole and maybe some other games. We will see if we want to set up a tourney or maybe just keep it as free play.
DRINKS: Cisco Brewery is kind enough to sponsor the event and will offer the first 2 beers free in the first hour of the party.
THE COST: $20/person: There is obviously a cost for having a private venue, DJ, and Food. We wanted to bring the best value to everyone, so the Cisco sponsor was great way to add the value.
